How does the pricing structure work?

The price of each box has a set minimum and maximum price based on the species delivered that week. All fish we provide are of excellent quality, but certain fish come from specific regions or require special fishing practices, which increase their price. We also believe in following market prices, so you are charged fairly with each purchase.

How long will my fish last?

Our packaging is designed to maximize the freshness of your fish. Each vacuum-sealed bag can be refrigerated for up to 5 days once received. We always recommend eating it fresh but if frozen immediately it can be kept for 6 months. Your fish is packaged in a way that if it needs to be frozen, it can be done properly.

How do you decide what fish to ship?

Every week we contact all of our fishermen and determine which fish are the freshest and most cost effective to buy. We do our best to bring the most value to our customers as possible.

Can I make changes to my delivery?

Yes. You can manage your subscription through your account on our website to make any delivery changes. Whether it be to skip a week, increase your quantity for guests, or to change your fish preferences.

Can I cancel my account?

Yes. You can pause, cancel, minimize or maximize your next order if notice is sent by the Sunday prior to your scheduled delivery. 

How am I billed?

Your credit card will be billed the day your box is shipped. The amount billed will vary based on the fish received and box size.

When will my box be delivered?

All boxes are shipped out of South Florida on Tuesday’s. Depending on your location, your box will arrive within 1-3 business days.
