THE SOURCE

Our fish is purchased from owner run vessels coming in and out of port each day.

PURCHASING PROCESS

We meet our fisherman every week to inspect the fish and select whichever species looks the best. We only purchase whole fish so we can better inspect the freshness and quality of each catch.

IN-HOUSE PREPARATION

Once selected, all fish are cleaned, portioned and vacuum sealed in-house and shipped out the same day.

PROFESSIONAL BAGGING

All fish is professionally bagged with a commercial vacuum sealer and then absorption papers are added. Our packaging is designed to keep your fish in its peak state. All fish is packaged two portions at a time so it can be used as needed. We recommend eating it fresh, but if need be, your fish is properly prepared so that it can also be frozen.

PACKAGING

Our packaging is made out of biodegradable, non-toxic, and recyclable materials, while also maintaining the seafood at its peak freshness.

Our Green Cell Foam insulation material is made from a corn by-product. Once you’re ready to dispose of it simply run it under warm water and it will disintegrate in your hands within seconds, or if thrown away it will decompose within 60 days. Green cell foam can be broken down in any kitchen since it is septic and plumbing proof.
